FAQ's on our home cleaning services

Q:  What areas do you cover?
A:  Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
Q: What services do you provide?
A: We specialise in providing high quality regular domestic cleaning in your home, including spring cleaning. 
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured through Zurich Insurance PLC.
Q: Can you provide references?
A: Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.
Q: What measures do you take to ensure the quality of your staff?
A:  We use only employed staff, not casual labour. We require proof of ID and two checkable references. If an applicant is successful we then accompany them for one week providing training and supervision. Regular staff meetings using customer feedback also enables us to keep our standards high.
Q: Can I specify a day or time to have my home cleaned?
A: Of course, we will make every effort to meet this. We do operate a waiting list for popular times.
Q: Who pays the cleaner, you or I?
A:  We do. We pay our employees monthly. We will also invoice you monthly, please see our Terms & Conditions of Business.
Q: Will you bring the cleaning products with you?
A: We find that customers prefer to use their own home cleaning items and products for use in their home. If you would prefer we can provide these at an extra cost. We can help you compile a personal home cleaning checklist.
Q: Can I have the same cleaner each week?
A: Yes it is our policy to provide the same person for you each time to faciltate a reliable home cleaning schedule. We also provide reliable staff for holiday and sickness cover.
Q: What if I am unhappy with the service you provide?
A:  If you are unhappy then so are we. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. If you are unhappy with your particular cleaner we can speak to them for you or find you a replacement cleaner.
Q: Are there any items that are excluded from your cleaning service?     
A:  We do not clean the interior of ovens,  fragile or antique items that require specialist cleaning or any outdoor cleaning (i.e windows and window sills)
Q: What about accidental damage?
A: Our Cleaner will treat your home with respect and care, however accidents can happen. We are fully insured for this and will either replace or repair the damaged item for you.
Q: Do you have a minimum hour requirement to use your service?
A: Yes, we require at least two hours each time, although you can choose the frequency  i.e weekly, fortnightly etc
Q: What about access to my home?
A: We can come either when you are at home or at work. The majority of our customers prefer to leave a set of keys with us or we can arrange a time for your cleaner to arrive when you are home.
